Subject: Wrong Title
I believe the name of the film is 'A Morning Alarm' as you can see it the same film as this: ( I can't find any evidence of a film with the title of 'Horse Drawn Fire Engine' and suspect it was invented due to the fact that this clip is missing the title card at the beginning.
